I led Diversity & Inclusion for Vodafone bringing back women to workplace, we promoted young talent through Early careers program, we built infra structure and policies that promote inclusion, launched #HEforShe# movement. At Welspun we build leadership team with 30% women at CXO levels. We mainstreamed 500+ differently abled employees as it made a business case to hire them in the spinning units of textile mills. We promoted Women in Sports including differently abled women as part of our CSR initiatives. Worked actively with UN Women to promote Gender Diversity. An avid traveler I have been to 40+ countries across the globe. I am also passionate about fitness.
