Hannah is a chartered (business) psychologist, team and executive coach with over 15 years’ of experience. Passionate about identifying, developing, and engaging talent, working at individual and team level to nurture inclusive and high performing cultures. With broad experience gained in consulting and in-house leadership roles, Hannah has worked globally with organisations such as Dubai Airports, MetLife, PwC, Arup and Abu Dhabi Ports across the areas of talent management, leadership development and organisational change. She has spent the past 2.5+ years building enterprise talent and learning practices at Careem, during which time the workforce grew 100x and the company scaled from tech start-up to the region’s first Unicorn and the largest MENA tech acquisition to-date – bought for $3.1billion by Uber.
Hannah’s remit broadened in 2019 to launch the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging agenda at Careem, from strategy formulation through to implementation, she’s made pivotal changes to diversify the colleague population and level the playing field through fair and objective people processes, progressive policies and a more inclusive culture.
