Associate Director Partnerships, SHRM

Gaelle is based out of Dubai and is a member of the SHRM MENA team since 2018. In her capacity as an Associate Director for Partnerships she leads on strategic alliances and partnerships with various governmental entities across the GCC such as the UAE Federal Authority for Human Resources (FAHR), the Human Resources Authority for the Government of Abu Dhabi, Dubai’s Road and Transport Authority, etc…

Her experience includes rolling out research projects, designing and executing complex advisory and capability-building solutions for various clientele from the private and public sector such as Saudi Aramco, Caterpillar, Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), and Dubai’s Financial Audit Authority.

Gaelle is a holder of both the SHRM-SCP and the SHRM-CP. She has also participated in numerous SHRM Practice Analysis sessions as part of a team who worked on providing feedback on the updates for the SHRM Body of Competency and Knowledge in order to reflect the current state of HR globally, which is used as the foundation of the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP exams.

Before her current position she has worked on running and delivering SHRM programs across the GCC and the Levant region since 2005. She has also worked on small- and large-scale learning interventions that were funded by international institutions such as USAID, EU and the World Bank across the Middle East for the purpose of building competencies across various regional governments.
